Event description This is a follow up session to part one, delivered on 15 December 2021 which focused on the 'what' we mean by diversity, equity and inclusion. In this session we will consider the 'how' and:

  • Explore inclusive behaviours, policies and practices

  • Reflect on the role of the governors as critical friends

  • Hear the impact from different case studies

  • Consider the challenges surrounding an organisational EDI commitment

This session will be jointly delivered by Hannah Wilson and Yinka Ewuola. 

Hannah is a Leadership Development Consultant, Coach and Facilitator who specialises in DEI and MHWB. She is a former Headteacher who Co-founded #WomenEd and #DiverseEd. She is the Director of Diverse Educators: @Ethical_Leader @DiverseEd2020

Yinka is a Business Consultant, Coach and Strategist. She is a Chair of Governors in South London, she has contributed to NGA’s ‘Everyone Onboard’ campaign to diversify school governance. @YinkaEwuola
