Event code SCH 24/094
Event description
This workshop explores how self-evaluation can improve individual and team effectiveness.

It will give participants the opportunity to look at a range of different self-review tools, with a view to identifying possible and appropriate forms of review for their governing body given its particular needs and stage of development.

Giles Osborne is currently a School Improvement Partner, National Leader of Governance and an Ofsted Inspector. As a former Executive Headteacher and a university lecturer, he combines research and the practice of hundreds of schools he has worked with. For over five years Giles has been a chair of governors in a trust and in October 2021 the school was judged by Ofsted to be 'outstanding' for the first time in its history.
